Damaged item exchanges

We offer an exchange only if a product is delivered damaged. We do not offer change-of-mind returns or exchanges.

After receiving your parcel, please record a parcel-opening video and send it via WhatsApp to +92 339 0103626. Please include your order number so we can identify your order. We will review the damage and guide you through the exchange process.

Please contact us before sending any item back. The return address for approved damage exchanges is: S-50 Iqbal Lane 13 DHA Phase 8 Karachi Zone- B.
